Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from the day you place your order. Orders for embroidery or transfers may take longer than standard turnaround time. Shipping is not included in our standard turnaround time. Please call for any orders needed in less than 7 business days (Rush order fees may apply).

Our minimum business order is 24 pieces.

Saving the file correctly is key to getting a professional print when using Canva or an AI platform. Best file option: • SVG (.svg) – This is ideal whenever possible because it’s a vector file and can scale without losing quality. Other acceptable options: • PDF (Print-Ready) – Best alternative from Canva. • PNG at the highest resolution available (300 DPI). A few important tips: • Build your design at the actual print size — don’t design small and size it up later. • Use a transparent background whenever possible • Zoom in before submitting — if it looks blurry on your screen, it will print blurry on a shirt. If you’re unsure about your file, send it over and we’ll review it before printing.

No, we also print on other apparel such as hoodies, pants, hats, tanks & more! We also provide embroidery & heat transfer services.
