Paul Howard, Co-Owner
Paul has been self-employed for over 30 years, first starting a refinishing company, and then HMC in 1987. His drive for customer satisfaction is key to the company's continued success.
He enjoys biking, fitness, spending time with his family and is very active in his church. Paul & Tanya were both born, raised & currently reside in Noblesville.
Tanya Howard, Co-Owner
Tanya's start with HMC was dictated by the growth of the company in 2002. She brings 16 years of office and management experience.
She and her husband Paul of 22 years, enjoys raising their 19 year old son Jarred and sharing their faith together.
Joni Burns, Graphic Designer
Joni graduated from International Business College with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. With over 10 years experience in the design industry, Joni joined HMC in September 2008.
Joni and her husband Keith have a 7 year old daughter and currently reside in Westfield.
Jim Thomas, Press Operator
Jim has been in the printing industry for over 15 years. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and now resides in Fishers with his wife Julie and their 4 year old daughter.
Marx Shoemaker, Press Operator
Marx is a graduate of Herron School of Art and Design. He and his wife, Christina, live in downtown Indianapolis. They enjoy spending time with family, friends and their dog Lucy.
Edna Sullivan, Quality Control
Edna has been married to her husband Don for 28 years. They have 2 sons and 6 loving grandchildren, 5 boys and 1 girl. She has been in the printing industry since graduating high school.
Tina Ross, Quality Control
Tina joined HMC in 2011. She lives in Noblesville with her 15 year old daughter Shelby. She enjoys the printing business and being part of HMC's team.
David Richman, Press Assistant
David joined HMC August 2010. He was previously in offset printing for over 25 years. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY he now lives in Noblesville with his wife Linda where they enjoy spending time with family and friends. Together they have 2 grown daughters and a wonderful grandson.
Jarred Howard, College Sales & Special Projects
Jarred was born into HMC and started pushing a broom at the age of 7. Now at the age of 19, he has learned all aspects of production. He is currently a student at Ball State Univ. and works when he comes home on the weekends and holiday breaks. Jarred's spare time is spent playing soccer, skateboarding, gaming & playing multiple musical instruments.
James Hoff, Production Assistant
James started at HMC in the summer of 2011. He is studying business at a local college while he continues to work part-time at HMC. James enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends, Facebooking and relaxing.
Ryan Milkey, Part-Time Screen Department
Ryan works at HMC Monday – Thursday after school. He is a Junior at Noblesville High School. Ryan enjoys having fun with friends, playing sports and relaxing.
Monica Lamirand, Part-Time Quality Control
Monica is currently a Senior at Noblesville High School. She works at HMC Monday – Thursday after school. She enjoys playing high school softball, hanging out with friends and going camping.
